Patricia Baudier

After working for several years for some of the major American groups, Patricia Baudier, who graduated from ESSEC, chose to take her career in another direction by preparing a PhD in Management Sciences at the Institut Télécom Ecole de Management in order to become a faculty member and thus to make good use of the experience she had acquired on the ground.

She worked for 11 years for Apple France and held various management positions in the Marketing, Commercial, and After-Sales Service Departments. Then, for 12 years, she worked for Kodak Europe where she acquired a solid set of skills in particular in the field of e-commerce with the launch of the B2B website, as a member of the management team in charge of the launch of the B2C sales website, and then as operations manager for and Kodak Gallery.

Building on her experience in the field of customer relationship management, she has steered her research into social networks and more particularly towards the managerial advantage for businesses of using social networks as a new CRM tool. »
