The Mines Telecom Institute is launching a 3-year big data project SODATECH, which applies the marketing quantitative methodologies on social network analysis. The project gathers industrial and research expertise to create a commercial social knowledge based Business intelligence platform.

SODATECH is recruiting 1 or 2 experienced PHP developer(s).

Skills required

• 2+ years developing object-oriented PHP code for database-backed websites
• Experienced with a PHP MVC framework (CodeIgniter)
• Expert-level experience in MySQL including use of MySQL database replication
• Experienced with JavaScript, JQuery. AJAX, and data as data-driven document library (D3.js)
• Comfortable working in Linux server environment at the command line
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
• Acknowledge of following domains will be highly desirable: web mining, Hadoop/PIG/HIVE, SPARK, and STORM.
